General Statement of Work
GH Phipps is working in conjunction with the City of Denver, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure to procure General Contractors for this ADA improvement project.
The project includes correction of ADA non-compliant elements on the exterior of the Castro Courthouse Building. The renovations include selective demolition of the existing parking lot and sidewalks for new ADA compliant pathways, asphalt mill and overlay, new handicapped parking stalls and associated ramps, new ADA compliant ramp from lower parking are to upper plaza including earthwork, concrete formwork, concrete flatwork, railings and landscaping.
Questions Deadline: October 4, 2022 by COB.
Bid Opening on October 13, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
Bids will be received and accepted by GH Phipps via SmartBid.

Prevailing Wage and Minimum Wage: Contracts for construction, reconstruction, and remodeling are subject to the City prevailing wage rate requirements established pursuant to Section 20-76, DRMC. City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 DRMC.
As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, submittals.
