The project will remove one through lane in each direction on Mississippi Ave. from Quivas to Eliot St. Raised medians will be constructed to restrict turns from side-streets while still allowing left turns from Mississippi Ave to select side streets. It will also build curb extensions and ADA ramp replacement at various intersections throughout the project limits.
