Please note:

We understand that saying goodbye to a beloved pet is an emotional and difficult moment. To ensure we can provide timely and compassionate care to all animals in our care, we kindly ask that you say your final goodbyes before completing the paperwork and payment for end-of-life services.

Once payment is complete, you will be directed to a designated area where our veterinary staff will immediately meet you to receive your pet. We must proceed without delay to avoid impacting care for other animals in need.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this challenging time.
