If you received a letter that Denver Human Services has an open and/or active payment of benefits claim in your name, you can pay all or a portion of your food or cash assistance repayment claim through our online claim repayment portal or by mail. In person payments are not available at this time.

Your CBMS case ID is a seven (7) character number that starts with a 1B. This number can be found by logging into Colorado PEAK to access your account information or accessing PEAK Chat. If you don't have an active account, please call 720-944-4DHS (4347) for more information.
You cannot pay Medicaid premiums to Denver Human Services. You must submit payment as directed to the State of Colorado. Please see directions on your program acceptance letter.
You cannot pay your CCAP parent portion to Denver Human Services. You must pay your approved child care provider directly. Please direct any questions to your child care provider.
