Pursuant to Section 29-1-113, C.R.S., they are required to file annual budgets, as well as annual audited financial statements or other financial reports pursuant to Sections 29-1-601, et seq., C.R.S. with the Division of Local Government, located within the Colorado Department of Local Affairs.
