RFP Business Impact Opportunity Fund Administrator 2025-26

Denver Economic Development & Opportunity (DEDO) is seeking proposals from a community partner to administer a supplemental activity of the Business Impact Opportunity Fund (BIO Fund) grant program. The selected contractor will administer $870,000 in the East Colfax Avenue corridor, offering stabilization grants and technical assistance to eligible businesses that may experience revenue declines resulting from the East Colfax Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) construction project.
