Denver Human Rights & Community Partnerships works to protect our community members' basic human rights through advocacy, strong community partnerships and direct services. Inclusiveness and equity are the cornerstone of our work where we strive to provide a platform to the less represented.

Five divisions work together under Denver Human Rights & Community Partnerships (HRCP) striving for inclusiveness and advocating for the rights of all people through different programs and initiatives. Learn more right here!

Ten commissions operate under Human Rights & Community Partnerships. Each commission acts as a liaison and advocate to the Mayor on behalf of the communities they represent.

Artists from Denver and India Unveil a New Mural at RiNo Art District

DENVER – Ahead of the Taste of India Festival, this Saturday, July 20th, Denver Sister Cities International and RiNo Art District are bringing artists together from Denver and Chennai, India, a sister city for the past 40 years, to create the district’s newest mural installation.
