Denver Days Back to School Fest
As the official closing celebration of Denver Days, our Denver Days Back to School Fest 2026 brings together city agencies, community partners, families, and the volunteer impact of First Lady Courtney Johnston’s Give5 Mile High Initiative for a day of resources, support, and celebration designed to help students start the school year prepared, confident, and connected.
Join us for a fun-filled day, completely FREE for Denver families! Pick up one of more than 1,000 backpacks filled with school supplies, connect with valuable community resources, receive free vaccinations, personalize your new backpack, enjoy live music and performances, get a fresh haircut, and take part in games, giveaways, and family-friendly activities. It's a day of community, connection, and celebration as we help Denver students start the new school year ready to succeed.
