Denver Recreation Centers are closed on city-observed holidays. Outdoor pools close during inclement weather when lightning is nearby or temperatures are forecasted to remain below 65 degrees. Emergency closures for unexpected maintenance, power outages, etc. may not be posted online unless they are expected to last for a significant portion of the day or longer. Eisenhower is a Local Level recreation center in the southeast area located off of S Colorado Blvd E Dartmouth Ave. This facility features an outdoor pool, cardio and weight equipment, and offers group fitness classes (view the center activity sheet above). There is also an arts and crafts room for youth and adult crafts, painting, and more.
