The unlawful entry into an unoccupied structure and the removal of any property without the expressed permission of the owner. Online reporting only available for burglary to a storage unit, detached garage, and no suspect information is available.
Obtaining another person's personal identifying information and using it to fraudulently obtain credit, goods, or services.
The disposing of any trash or litter on any private property without the expressed permission of the property owner.
Someone obtains another person's checks/credit cards/ATM cards without the owner's consent and uses it to make a fraudulent purchase. This report also includes if your credit card number was stolen, not the physical card.
When your property is missing or lost.
For Business Locations Only - A person obtains an item for sale without rendering proper payment for that item. If weapons were present or if someone was assaulted, we will need to take this report in person.
Your property is taken without your permission. Property known to be stolen and missing may be reported. Lost property is not theft. If someone stole your property from a motor vehicle, use the Theft from Vehicle report.
Property is stolen from a motor vehicle. This includes items from the interior of a vehicle and items found on the vehicle (e.g., catalytic converter, wheels/rims, after-market parts, etc.). This does not include stolen vehicles. Stolen vehicles cannot be reported online.
A person makes a direct threat to harm or injure you. The threat can be verbal, written, or electronically communicated. You can only make an online report if you received the threat or you are legally authorized to report for another person. (e.g., parent, guardian, etc.).
Damage to a motor vehicle (e.g., keying, broken windows, attempting to remove parts). NOT Graffiti - See Vandalism/Graffiti.
Someone damages or destroys property that doesn't belong to them. It is important to note that graffiti (writing or drawing on surfaces) is not considered vandalism in this context. Graffiti can be reported under Vandalism/Graffiti.
Graffiti is when someone writes or draws on walls or other surfaces in public places, often using spray paint or markers.
