The City & County of Denver, in partnership with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and Julissa Soto Latino Health Equity Consulting, will offer a free vaccine clinic at Future Fest - providing essential immunizations for children and teens ages 18 and under. Prioritize your child's well-being by taking advantage of this convenient and accessible service.

• 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Last appointment at 4:45 p.m.)
• Civic Center Park, Downtown Denver
• Vaccines Offered (Ages 18 and Under):
  • All routine childhood vaccines including: Hib, MMR, Polio, DTaP (Tdap for ages 7- 18 years old), Varicella, Rotavirus.
  • COVID-19, Flu, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HPV (ages 9-18 years old), Meningitis, Pneumonia.

Registration Information

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we highly encourage pre-registration. Walk-ins will be accepted, but pre-registered appointments will be prioritized to minimize wait times.

Pre-Registration Instructions

1. Visit https://my.primary.health/family_registrations/cdphe.
2. Select Individual Appointment.
3. Under Where do you want to receive care?, select Within 10 miles of Denver.
4. Click Search.
5. Select "City & County of Denver Future Fest" as the clinic name.
6. Enter the information requested and choose your preferred 15-minute appointment slot.
