Public trust is a critical dynamic of a world-class city. From day one of my administration, I made a firm commitment to making city government more open, accountable and accessible to the residents of our great city. Transparent Denver is the realization of that commitment.

Contained in this site you will find two critical elements:

• transparency—access to information about what is really happening, and 
• accountability—ways to hold decision-makers accountable for the decisions we make.

These two elements sit at the heart of the work we do day-in and day-out and significantly contribute to our ongoing commitment to meeting people where they are.
